The English Program of Assumption College is proud to congratulate the EP Debate Team which won the 1st Runner- up prize in the “Thammasat International Debate Competition” in late November. This competition was held in honor of the university’s 80th anniversary.  The goals were for the promotion of debate activities at the high school level, and to improve English skills for communication related to the learning of English in class.

 

   This competition was conducted on Monday the 24th of November 2014 at Thammasat University (Tra Pha Chan), with 24 teams from 10 schools in attendance. The result: the “AC2 Team” won the 1st Runner-up prize, and got a 5000 baht scholarship, along with certificates.
