On Friday the 7th of November 2014, the English Program of Assumption College conducted a ceremony to congratulate Mr. Thawin Mahajindawong, who has been chosen to be 1 of 16 Thailand youth to receive 2 ½ year scholarships at Ratcliffe College, England. Along with the scholarship, there will be an opportunity for these youth to sign contracts to play football with the Leicester City Football Club, if they show potential in the eyes of the Leicester City management. For the event held in honor of Thawin at EPAC, we were joined by Brother Dechachai Sripicharn who posed for photographs and gave his congratulations as well.

 

   “Fox Hunt Leicester City Academy (ตามล่าจิ้งจอกสายพันธุ์สยาม)”” was a cooperative project between the King Power International Company and the Leicester City Football Club of England. The purpose of this project was to find and recruit 16 of the most talented Thailand youths to join their football training program at Leicester City Academy in England. The English Program of Assumption College is very proud of Thawin, and we will be excitedly waiting for updated reports on his progress in the future!
